Congratulations Rachel & Rob!
Rachel & Rob were High School sweethearts who dated all through college and finally tied the knot this past weekend. The couple chose an outdoor ceremony for their October wedding and beautiful, sunny Fall day painted the perfect scene at Grand Haven Golf Club. I had a blast working with this pair from afternoon portraits to chasing them around in a golf cart after the ceremony! Congratulations you two!--Wishing you many, many years of love & happiness!
Harsevoort Family
What a beautiful day for the Harsevoort family! For Phyllis's Birthday everyone got together for a Fall family portrait session--what fun! As it turned out, we got our only Indian Summer day in October. Thanks for getting in touch with me Liz, I had a ton of fun working with your family! And the location was great! Thanks for sharing!

English Family
After a crazy week and some schedule-shuffling, I was finally able to take photos for the English family at their cottage on Labor Day. What a great setting! There is nothing better than a fun, familiar location for family photos and Orchard Lake is a pretty special place in our family. I had a great time with my new cousins!--It was a hot afternoon, but we found some awesome woodsy spots and were excited to have plenty of sunshine!

Arendsen Family
My new sister-in-law recently asked me to do family photos/18 month photos of her little one. Of course I jumped at the chance! I can't get enough of my little niece, and once she warmed up to the camera a little bit, we had a ball! It was hard to narrow it down to just a few favorites! Enjoy Kerri!--More to come...

Dancers
What a fun evening with the English girls! Alivia and Alayna have been into dance for years and really know their moves! Having just stumbled upon a fabulous, fairytale-esque park, I asked the girls to bring their favorite dance costumes and join me for a "dance shoot." They twirled and posed their way through the park and we got some fantastic shots! Even when the sprinklers surprised us by going on, Alivia got jumped right in with her yellow rainy-day costume (complete with raincoat fabric) and took advantage of the "rain"!
